Fill out the intake form and be instantly connected to a doctor. You will not be charged if your doctor believes that your online visit failed to qualify you for medical cannabis. Please note our service is HIPAA compliant and all personal information is completely confidential between you and your doctor.
Talk to a Doctor
The next step is to have your doctor visit using any connected device from the comfort of your home. Our doctors will work with you to create a treatment plan and provide you with all the documentation necessary to get your medical card in the state of Iowa.
Register With State
Once you have been qualified by one of our doctors, you’ll have to submit your application online to the Iowa Department of Public Health, and pay the $100 fee, unless you are applicable for the reduced fee.
Iowa Medical Cannabidiol Program
Qualifying Conditions
An Iowa resident may qualify for Iowa's Medical Cannabidiol Program if their Healthcare Practitioner certifies they have one of the following Qualifying Debilitating Medical Conditions
- Chronic Pain
- Cancer
- Seizures
- Crohn’s disease
- Multiple Sclerosis
- AIDS or HIV
- ALS
- Parkinson’s disease
- PTSD
- Ulcerative colitis
- Autism
- Corticobasal Degeneration
- Any terminal illness with a probable life expectancy of under one year
